Accessing or using GrowisePro’s website, mobile application, or any services offered constitutes acceptance of these terms, which form a binding agreement between the user and GrowisePro under the laws of India. 

Users must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to use the services. 

All registration information provided by users must be accurate, current, and complete, and users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. 

Users retain all rights to their own content but grant GrowisePro a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, reproduce, and process the content for delivering services. 

Users must not engage in unlawful or prohibited conduct, including but not limited to hacking, spreading malware, infringing intellectual property rights, or disrupting the service’s operation. 

GrowisePro reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service, feature, or content at any time, with or without notice, and changes to these terms will be communicated through the website or email. 

Fees for paid services must be paid in accordingly through accepted payment methods, with refund and cancellation policies clearly disclosed before payment. 

All services are provided on an “as-is” basis without warranties of any kind, and GrowisePro’s liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted under Indian law. 

Disputes will be governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad or the specified jurisdiction in the agreement. 

Non-compliance with the Information Technology Act, 2000, including Sections 43A and 72A relating to data protection and unauthorized disclosure, may lead to legal action. 

Any breach of these terms or applicable laws can result in immediate suspension or termination of services, without prejudice to other legal remedies available to GrowisePro.
